Sarah Raphael has a long history in Laurel Canyon. She attended Wonderland Avenue Elementary School as a student and after earning a Bachelor’s Degree from Cal State University Channel Islands in Early Childhood Development, she returned to Wonderland Avenue School as a teacher’s assistant for 5 years. She then began working as a teacher at Lookout Mountain School prior to becoming the owner and director. Sarah has training in Way of Council, Cognitively Guided Instruction, and Reading and Writing Workshop. She also brings a love of theatre and dance into her preschool program. Presently, Sarah is on the Board of Directors for the Laurel Canyon Association.
